Property Prep Co was created from real experience and a shared vision to make property preparation simpler, smarter, and more effective.
With over 17 years in the electrical industry, Matt has spent the last five managing staff, projects, and site coordination, ensuring complex jobs run smoothly and to schedule. Amber, drawing on her background in real estate and interior photography, brings a refined eye for styling and presentation, along with a deep understanding of what truly enhances a property’s appeal.
Together, we saw how much value could be added, or lost, depending on how a property was presented before sale or launch. We also saw how owners, builders, and investors were often left juggling multiple trades, unsure where to spend money for the best return. Property Prep Co was built to change that.
